How do I convert an image to text?

Tap the camera button, take a photo or select from gallery, and our AI will extract the text automatically.

Where are my notes stored?

All notes are stored locally on your device using encrypted storage. We don't upload your notes to our servers.

How do I organize notes hierarchically?

Create sub-notes by tapping the "Add Sub-note" option. You can nest notes infinitely to organize your content.

What happens to my usage count each month?

Free users have 5 lifetime AI text extractions. Paid subscribers get monthly resets: Starter (15), Premium (100), Pro (500).

Can I cancel my subscription?

Yes! Manage subscriptions through your App Store (iOS) or Google Play Store (Android) account settings.

Is my data private?

Yes! Images are processed securely and deleted immediately. Notes stay on your device. We use anonymous authentication only.

The app is crashing or not working properly

Try restarting the app. If issues persist, contact support with your device model and specific error details.

Can I export my notes?

Notes are stored locally on your device. Use cloud sync to backup to Google/Apple accounts. Direct export features are planned for future updates.

AI text recognition isn't accurate

Ensure good lighting and clear text. Hold the camera steady and avoid shadows or glare for best results.
